EDITORIAL

A Revista GeoUECE do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (PropGeo/UECE), apresenta o volume 9, número 17, edição julho-dezembro de 2020. Neste número, os/as leitoras terão a oportunidade de ler um conjunto de nove artigos escritos por pesquisadoras e pesquisadores altamente qualificados, cujos recortes temáticos, espaciais e temporais entrelaçam escalas no intuito de apresentar a diversidade teórico metodológica da Geografia contemporânea.O artigo assinado pela equipe de pesquisadores do Laboratório da Paisagem –PAGUS, coordenada pelo Prof. Dr. RobertoVerdum da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, tem como foco principal a análise da paisagem na tentativa de explicar suas metamorfoses ambientais vinculadas à expansão de parques eólicos no Rio Grande do Sul. Na sequência, do conjunto de artigos que comportam a temática da Geografia Física, apresentamos o texto intitulado “Marcos sociogeográficos e Arqueologia de Ventarrón-Collud: fisiografia, lugares persistentes e paisagem para compreensão das ocupações humanas na costa norte peruana”, que também considera a paisagem geográfica na sua articulação com a Arqueologia como um conceito importante para entender as ocupações humanas na América Latina, notadamente no Peru. Em continuidade, o trabalho intitulado “Controle estrutural da drenagem na Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Coreaú/CE”diversifica as discussões próprias da Geografia Física. A temática doclima urbano se faz presente em dois artigos, assim intitulados: a) “Análise comparativa dos eventos pluviométricos intensos em Fortaleza e São Luís/MA no período de 1987 a 2017”; b) “Clima urbano: análise do campo termo-higrométrico em episódios de inverno e primavera em Ituiutaba-MG”. Os jovens foi o grupo focal que sustentou o artigo intitulado “Análise da percepção ambiental e as práticas sustentáveis da comunidade jovem do município de Lajes-RN”. Para finalizar a diversidade temática da Geografia Física presente nesta edição da GeoUECE, apresentamos o artigo intitulado “Impactos ambientais decorrentes da instalação do Rodoanel na zona Periurbana deTeresina –PI”.Por fim, as questões agrárias e urbanas vinculadas ao território aparecem em artigos intitulados “O estranho território da cana e a multiterritorialidade camponesa no triângulo mineiro” e “Análise sobre os impactos do programa Minha Casa Minha Vida na cidade de Ituiutaba –MG.

EDITORIAL

The GeoUECE Journal of the Graduate Program in Geography at the State University of Ceará (PropGeo / UECE), presents volume 9, number 17, July-December 2020 edition. In this issue, readers will have the opportunity to read a set of nine articles written by highly qualified researchers and researchers, whose thematic, spatialand temporal cuts intertwine scales in order to present the theoretical and methodological diversity of contemporary Geography.The article signed by the research team of the Landscape Laboratory -PAGUS, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Roberto Verdum of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, has as main focus the analysis of the landscape in an attempt to explain its environmental metamorphoses linked to the expansion of wind farms in Rio Grande do Sul. Following, the set of articles that include the thematic of Physical Geography, we present the text entitled “Sociogeographic landmarks and Archeology of Ventarrón-Collud: physiography, persistent places and landscape for understanding human occupations on the Peruvian north coast”, which also considers the geographical landscape in its articulation with Archeology as a important concept for understanding human occupations in Latin America, notably in Peru. In continuity, the work entitled “Structural control of drainage in the Hydrographic Basin of Rio Coreaú / CE”diversifies the discussions specific to Physical Geography. The theme of urban climate is present in two articles, thus entitled: a) “Comparative analysis of intense rainfall events in Fortaleza and São Luís/MA in the period from 1987 to 2017”; b) “Urban climate: analysis of the thermo-hygrometric field in winter and spring episodes in Ituiutaba-MG”. Youth was the focus group that supported the article entitled “Analysis of environmental perception and sustainable practices of the young communityin the municipality of Lajes-RN”. To conclude the thematic diversity of Physical Geography present in this edition of GeoUECE, we present the article entitled “Environmental impacts resulting from the installation of the Ring Road in the Periurbana zone of Teresina -PI”.Finally, the agrarian and urban issues linked to the territory appear in articles entitled “The strange territory of sugarcane and peasant multi-territoriality in the mining triangle” and “Analysis of the impacts of the Minha Casa Minha Vida program in the city of Ituiutaba -MG.
