Este ensaio discute representações dos conceitos de inclusão e cidadania em falas de ex-presidiários reintegrados ao mercado de trabalho. Baseado em trabalhos de Quijano (1978), Velho (1981) e Foucault (1987b) e desenvolvido por meio de entrevistas, o trabalho evidencia a estigmatização dos sujeitos por si mesmos e pela sociedade.

This essay discusses social representations of the concepts of inclusion and citizenship in the discourse of ex- prisoners reintegrated to the working world. Our work is based on Quijano (1978), Velho (1981) and Foucault (1987b) theoretic contributions and it was developed by interviews, emphasizing that there is a double process of stigmatization: by the interviewed subjects themselves and by the society that employed them.
