Este artigo tem como propósito abordar a maneira que a diversidade linguística está sendo abordada pelos professores, em sala de aula, e como os professores de língua portuguesa reagem à variação linguística dos alunos, no momento de ministrar os conteúdos gramaticais. Esse artigo tem como base os resultados obtidos em uma pesquisa de campo desenvolvida em uma escola pública no Gama-DF, onde foram feitas observações, gravações e a aplicação de um questionário aos professores colaboradores com o intuito de comparar a teoria e a prática utilizada por esses educadores.
This article is intended to address the way that linguistic diversity is being addressed by teachers in the classroom, and as Portuguese language teachers react to language variation of the students at the time of delivery grammatical content. This article is based on the results obtained in a field developed in a public school research in the Gama - DF, where obs ervations were made, recordings and the application of a questionnaire to reviewers teachers with the intention of to compare the theory and the practice of a these educators.
