Resumo Português:

O dissídio coletivo necessita da intervenção do Estado para que seja realizada a solução
justa ao caso concreto. No dissídio coletivo temos a discussão de direitos e interesses abstratos de
pessoas indeterminadas, para a criação ou modificação das condições gerais de trabalho, no caso de
dissídio coletivo de natureza econômica, ou também a interpretação ou declaração do alcance de uma
norma jurídica já existente, aqui chamado de dissídio coletivo de natureza jurídica, aos quais
teceremos maiores comentários ao decorrer do presente estudo.

Resumo Inglês:

The collective bargaining agreement requires the intervention of the State so as to realize a
fair solution to the case. In collective bargaining have the discussion of abstract rights and interests of
people uncertain, for the creation or modification of the general working conditions in the case of
collective bargaining of an economic nature, or even the interpretation or statement of the reach of an
existing rule of law, here called the collective bargaining of a legal nature, which will first make
further comments to the course of this study.
