DISCUSSÕES SOBRE TERRITORIALIDADE ECONÔMICA E AS TRANSFORMAÇÕES NA PAISAGEM E NO ESPAÇO RURAL PELA AÇÃO DE TRADES AGRÍCOLAS E COOPERATIVAS NO PARANÁ

Resumo Português:

O artigo tem o objetivo de discutir conceitualmente a territorialidade
econômica e as transformações na paisagem resultantes da ação de grandes empresas e
cooperativas no espaço rural do estado do Paraná. A forte presença de cooperativas
agropecuárias e a grande participação de grandes grupos empresariais multinacionais (as
chamadas trades agrícolas) na atividade agrícola e agroindustrial, caracterizam uma
territorialidade econômica. O meio rural materializa na paisagem a territorialidade
resultante da ação das empresas, no processo produtivo que articulam. Categorias
espaciais como estrutura, forma, funções, processos, fixos e fluxos constituem os
objetos presentes na paisagem definidos por uma lógica econômica, contrastam e
interagem com elementos naturais (como clima, solo, vegetação, hidrologia, etc.).
Alguns exemplos podem ser citados como a própria exploração das atividades
agropecuárias, estrutura de armazenagem, agroindustrialização, fluxos de produção e
redes técnicas e de transporte articulando as áreas produtoras com centros industriais ou
na comercialização, se materializam na paisagem. O artigo propõe discutir a
possibilidade de, numa única racionalidade voltada à lógica externa, global, da chamada
“agricultura cientifica globalizante”, identificar processos diferentes de territorialidade a
partir das estratégias diferenciadas das empresas (multinacionais e cooperativas).

The article has the objective conceptually to argue the economic territoriality
and the transformations in the landscape resultant of the action of great companies and
cooperatives in the agricultural space of the state of the Paraná. The strong presence of
farming cooperatives and the great participation of great enterprise groups
multinationals (the calls trades agriculturists) in the agricultural and agro-industrial
activity, characterize a economic territoriality. The agricultural way materializes in the
landscape the resultant territoriality of the action of the companies, in the productive
process who articulate. Space categories as structure, form, functions, processes,
fixtures and flows constitute objects gifts in the landscape defined by a economic logic,
contrast and interact with natural elements (as climate, ground, vegetation, hidrology
etc.). Some examples can be cited as the proper exploration of the farming activities,
structure of storage, industrialization, flows of production and nets techniques and
transport articulating the producing areas with industrial centers or in the
commercialization, if they materialize in the landscape. The article considers to argue
the possibility of, in an only rationality directed to the external, global logic, of the call
"global cientific agriculture", to identify different processes of territoriality from the
differentiated strategies of the companies (multinationals and cooperatives).
