As dificuldades na compreensão do sistema de teorias evolutivas

Com o objetivo de esclarecer algumas dificuldades
inerentes à compreensão sobre o sistema de teorias
evolutivas, o artigo analisa alguns de seus conceitos
fundamentais e a maneira como estes conceitos
devem ser adequadamente compreendidos como
parte da estrutura do sistema de teorias evolutivas.
Em seguida são apresentados alguns conceitos e
problemas ontológicos inerentes à compreensão
desses conceitos. Com isto, espera-se contribuir para
o ensino de biologia, bem como orientar futuras
pesquisas em ensino sobre evolução. Ao final,
formulamos a hipótese de que a clara definição dos
conceitos e a explicitação de sua base ontológica
podem contribuir para uma melhor compreensão e
ensino dos fenômenos evolutivos.

Resumo Inglês:

Aiming to clarify some difficulties in the comprehension of
Theory of Evolution, this paper analyzes in a first glance,
some of the fundamental concepts and the way they are
understood in the structure of the theory. Next, some
ontological problems are presented that concern the
understanding of the Theory of Evolution. Thus, we hope
to contribute to teaching of biology, as well as to orient
future research in the field of teaching the Theory of
Evolution. In the end, we raise the hypothesis that a clear
definition of the concepts of the structure in the Theory of
Evolution and the explanation of its ontological
fundaments can contribute with the process of
understanding and teaching of the evolutionary
phenomena.
