O presente artigo destina-se à discussão de como o uso do dicionário escolar nas instituições de ensino, de modo específico no ensino fundamental, pode ser uma estratégia pedagógica muito importante na aquisição lexical, possibilitando ao aluno entrar em contato com uma obra que intenta registrar o maior número de lexias da comunidade linguística em questão, ofertando-lhe um rico acervo lexical. Apresenta, ainda, o Vocabuleiro, jogo de tabuleiro para o ensino de vocabulário, numa perspectiva de que o lúdico é apoio eficaz na aquisição de competências lexicais na educação escolar, acreditando que pode despertar a experiência fundadora nos alunos para a reflexão sobre a linguagem, especialmente para a estrutura e o funcionamento lexical da sua língua.
This article is intended for discussion of how to use the school dictionary in education institutions, specifically in fundamental education, can be a very important pedagogical strategy in lexical acquisition, allowing the student to contact a work intending to register the highest number of lexias about a linguistic community in question, offering him a rich lexical. It also presents the Vocabuleiro, board game for teaching vocabulary, in a perspective that the playful is an effective support in the acquisition of lexical skills in school education, believing that the founding experience can arouse in students for reflection on language, especially for lexical structure and functioning of their language.
