The Morlet Wavelet Transform (TO) was used to detect temporal and spatial scales of coherent structures (ECs) at temperature signals under different stability conditions (day and night). Data were sampled at a rate of 10 Hz in in the Caxiuanã Forest, during the COBRAPARA experiment (Caxiuanã - Observations in the Biosphere, River and Atmosphere of Pará). It was realized that the ECs, for the stable period, have a longer average length and duration when compared with those of the unstable period.
