Este trabalho se debruça sobre ascorridas do Esporte de Orientação,num contexto de preparação para as atividades que aconteceriamem Unidades de ConservaçãonaCidade do Rio de Janeiroem 2020,sediando os Jogos Pan Americanos Masters. Neste relato,após a vivência desportiva em um evento-testeem 2019, buscou-se como objetivo analisar a experiência a partir de um olhar Geopoético para o esporte,a fim de, a partir da Pedagogia das Encruzilhadas, apontar frentes pedagógicas presentes no esporte que se cruzam durante a prática, seja em formato competitivo ou recreativo. Como resultados principais, destacaram-se as análises das ações pontuais de sensibilização com o meio pela organizaçãoe ausência de fiscais em áreas de alta relevância biocultural. Considera-se que aparticipação de curiososnas atividades abertas do evento notabilizao potencial do megaevento, adiado pela atual pandemia, na divulgação da modalidadee do seu cunho pedagógico interdisciplinar.
This work focuses on the Orienteeringraces, in a context of preparation for the activities that would take place in Protected Areas in the City of Rio de Janeiro in 2020, hosting the Pan American Masters Games. In this report, after the sportive experience in a test-event in 2019, it was sought as an objective to analyze the experience from a Geopoeticslook at the sport, in order to, from the Pedagogy of Crossroads, point out pedagogical fronts present in the sport that cross during the practice, either in a competitive or recreational format. As main results, the analysis of the punctual actions of sensitization with the environment by the organization and the absence of inspectors in areas of high biocultural relevance were highlighted. It is considered that the participation of onlookersin the open activities of the event highlights the potential of the mega event, postponed by the current pandemic, in the dissemination of the sport and its interdisciplinary pedagogical nature.
