In the present work, we take as analysis object the speech of ownership to 1º mandate of Jose Orcírio dos Santos (Zeca of the PT), former-governor of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), searching, to the light of the DA (French school of Discourse Analysis), to study the discursive and ideological formations that cross the cited speech, as well as apprehending the “game of images” (image of the I/enunciator, articulated to the notion of ethos, image of other/enunciatary, image of MS) that in it constitutes. In this manner, “we cross” the historicity of the text (the tram of felt that in it constitutes) with History (the relation with the exteriority), as it considers the DA.
