A coparentalidade ainda está galgando espaços para construção de seu conceito, por isso a doutrina tem se debruçado para delimitar o que seria. Neste sentido, apresenta-se a ideia de uma configuração familiar formada por corresponsáveis que não têm enlaces afetivos, de convivência em união estável e tampouco de matrimônio. Denota-se que, em razão do período contemporâneo exigir que as mulheres sejam inseridas no mercado de trabalho e isso lhes acarrete uma sobrecarga de trabalho, por vezes buscam essa modalidade familiar. O objetivo é demonstrar que o contrato de coparentalidade é um instrumento que confere segurança jurídica, porquanto foram apresentados julgados neste sentido, e que auxilia na melhor divisão das responsabilidades materno/paterno filiais. O método utilizado é o lógico-dedutivo, instrumentalizado primordialmente de doutrina especializada, em livros e artigos periódicos. Os resultados verificados se concentram em estabelecer que o mencionado instrumento é hábil e capaz de estabelecer disposições patrimoniais e existenciais da família coparental.
Coparenting, as a relatively new family configuration, is still gaining space for concept construction, which is why the doctrine has focused on defining what it would be. In this sense, the idea of a family configuration formed by co-parents who do not have emotional ties, living in a stable union or marriage, is presented. It is noted that due to the contemporary period requiring women to enter the job market and resulting in an overload of work, for this reason, they may try this kind of family. The objective is to demonstrate that the coparenting contract is an instrument that provides legal security, as judgments have been presented in this sense and that it helps in the better division of maternal/paternal filial responsibilities. The method used is logical-deductive, primarily based on specialized doctrine, in books and periodical articles. The verified results focus on establishing that the aforementioned instrument is skillful and capable of establishing patrimonial and existential provisions of the coparental family.
