A humanização sempre foi uma preocupação do governo desde
a implantação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A proposta
deste estudo é demonstrar a aplicabilidade dos dispositivos da
PolÃtica Nacional de Humanização em um hospital universitário
baseada na valorização das relações interpessoais e na
valorização dos profissionais de saúde, favorecendo a
construção de um espaço em cuja base esteja a gestão e a
atenção conectadas aos processos decisórios. Foram
apresentados os dispositivos da PolÃtica Nacional de
Humanização, relacionando-os às ações existentes no Hospital
de ClÃnicas de Porto Alegre. O Grupo de Trabalho de
Humanização (GTH) dessa instituição tem procurado
estabelecer espaços para que ações humanizadoras sejam
desenvolvidas. Dessa forma, o GTH entende estar contribuindo
para a construção de uma polÃtica que se faça pública e coletiva.
The humanization of our population has been an issue for the
government since the implementation of the Integrated Health
System (SUS). The proposal of this study was to demonstrate
the applicability of the policies of the National Policy of
Humanization in a university hospital, based on the valorization
of interpersonal relationships and of health professionals,
enabling the construction of a channel in which the foundation is
management and attention connected with the decision-making
process. The National Policy of Humanization devices were
presented and related to the ongoing actions at the Clinics
Hospital of Porto Alegre. The Humanization Work Group
(GTH) of this institution has been seeking the establishment of
channels where humanizing actions can be developed. This way,
the GTH is thereby contributing to the construction of a policy
that can be collective and public.
