O presente artigo é parte de minha pesquisa de Pós-Doutorado em Ciências da Religião (outubro/2015 a abril/2017), na Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. O problema de pesquisa enfrentado foi saber se participar de espaços da espécie dos Conselhos Paroquiais, em que se procura tomar decisões discursivamente (respeitando-se o princípio habermasiano de condições ideais de fala), favorece a construção política do indivíduo. A metodologia por nós adotada neste trabalho foi constituída pela história oral e pela pesquisa bibliográfica. A década de 2000 foi o recorte temporal considerado. Três teorias nortearam este trabalho: a teoria do agir comunicativo, a teoria dos estigmas e a teoria do poder simbólico.

The present paper is part of my post-doctoral research in Sciences of Religion (October / 2015 to April / 2017), at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. The research problem faced was knowing how to participate in spaces, of the species of the Parish Councils, in which discursive decision-making (respecting the Habermasian principle of ideal speech conditions), favors the political construction of the individual. The methodology adopted in this work consisted of oral history and bibliographic research. The decade of 2000 was the considered temporal cut. Three theories guided this work: the theory of communicative action, the theory of stigmata and the theory of symbolic power.
