Este trabalho se dedica a examinar o uso do Decreto Legislativo para sustar atos normativos do Poder Executivo. Trata-se de pesquisa empírica com base nos argumentos dos autores e pareceres apresentados nas comissões temáticas da Câmara dos Deputados. A sua ênfase são os aspectos jurídicos relativos à inconstitucionalidade e ilegalidade.

This work is dedicated to examining the use of the Legislative Decree against normative acts of the Executive. This is an empirical research based on the arguments of the authors and opinions presented in the thematic committees of the Chamber of Deputies. Its emphasis is on the legal aspects of unconstitutionality and illegality.
