CARACTERIZAÇÃO DAS VÍTIMAS DE ACIDENTE MOTOCICLISTICO ATENDIDAS PELO SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO PRÉ-HOSPITALAR

Resumo Português:

Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa, com objetivo de caracterizar o perfil
das vítimas de acidente motociclístico atendidas pelo Corpo de Bombeiros no município de Sinop –
MT. A população foi composta por 473vítimas. A análise de dados foi feita através da estatística
descritiva. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que a maioria das vítimas de acidente motociclístico
foi do sexo masculino (61,3%), com idade entre 15 a 35 anos, sendo o condutor da motocicleta a
principal vítima atendida pelos profissionais do Corpo de Bombeiros e a região corporal mais
atingida pelas lesões foram os membros superiores e inferiores representando 78,4%. Frente aos
resultados obtidos tem-se a expectativa que este estudo possa chamar a atenção para os elevados
índices de vítimas de acidente de trânsito envolvendo motocicletas no município de Sinop-MT, que
estão tendo suas vidas ceifadas ou sua qualidade prejudicada.
