ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE SUBMETIDO A TRANSPLANTE RENAL: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Resumo Português:

Objetivo: elucidar sobre a participação da enfermagem durante as fases do transplante renal, com ênfase na
atuação do enfermeiro, revelando assim a importância de suas atuações. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa, o qual foram utilizadas quatro bases de dados, sendo identificados 52 artigos, e incluídos 22 artigos
que atendiam aos critérios propostos. Resultados: Os artigos foram elencados em três categorias temáticas por
similaridade: Cuidados de enfermagem com o potencial doador de órgãos; a atuação do enfermeiro nas fases
de pré-transplante renal ao transoperatório e o papel do enfermeiro no pós-operatório do transplante renal.
Conclusão: a contribuição, tanto do enfermeiro quanto da equipe de enfermagem, é primordial para o sucesso
do transplante renal, atuando de forma ativa em cada uma de suas etapas.

Resumo Inglês:

Objective: elucidate on the participation of nursing during the stages of kidney transplantation, with
an emphasis in acting of the nurse, revealing the importance of their actions. Methodology: This is an
integrative review, which were used four databases and identified 52 articles, and included 22 articles that
met the proposed criteria. Results: The articles were listed in three thematic categories similarity: Nursing
care with the potential organ donor; the work of nurses in the stages of pre-renal transplant and the
perioperative nurse’s role in the postoperative renal transplantation. Conclusion: the contribution of both
the nurse as the nursing staff is paramount to the success of kidney transplantation, acting actively in each
of its stages.
