Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as funções da controladoria em uma organização do ramo da construção civil de grande porte. Por meio de uma entrevista semiestruturada com o responsável por este departamento foi possível identificar vários aspectos relacionados ao departamento da controladoria e ao perfil do controller. Os resultados encontrados por meio de informações empíricas e também em estudos anteriores apontam que as funções encontradas na empresa corroboram com estudos que analisaram estas funções.
This research aimed to analyze the functions of the controller in an organization of the large construction industry. Through a semi-structured interview with the responsible for this department it was possible to identify different aspects of the department of controlling and controller profile. The results found through empirical information and also in previous studies indicate that the features found in the company corroborate studies that analyzed these functions.
