Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar um elemento emergente na dissertação de mestrado da autora: a relação entre aquilo que estudantes de serviço social em estágio referem como posicionamento ético, e a teleologia elaborada para intervenção. A pesquisa, pautada na ontologia lukácsiana, teve como locus o estágio curricular obrigatório. Para coleta de dados utilizamos um instrumento alternativo e entrevistas semiestruturadas, analisados através da análise textual discursiva. Os achados mostram que há dilemas éticos que mobilizam com mais intensidade atos fundamentados em uma moralidade conservadora, evidentes em situações que explicitam a questão de gênero e o papel socialmente atribuído à mulher. Mostram, também, que existem tendências distintas para o exercício profissional: por um lado aquelas que viabilizam valores democráticos e, por outro, as que tolhem as possibilidades de exercício da liberdade dos sujeitos. Enfim, discute-se as aproximações e os hiatos entre aquilo que se diz e aquilo que se materializa no trabalho profissional de assistentes sociais em formação.

This article aims to analyze an emerging element in the author of the dissertation: the relationship between what students of Social Work in internship refer to as ethical position, and teleology designed to intervention. The research, based on lukacsian ontology, had the locus compulsory internship. For data collection we used an alternative instrument and semi-structured interviews, analyzed by discursive textual analysis. The findings show that there are ethical dilemmas that mobilize more strongly acts based on a conservative morality, evident in situations that explain the gender issue and the role socially assigned to women. They also show that there are different tendencies for professional practice: on the one hand, those that enable democratic values and, on the other hand, those that hinder the possibilities of exercising the freedom of the subjects. Finally, we discuss the approximations and the gaps between what is said and what ir materialized in the professional work of social workers in formation.
