Resumo Português:

Diversas modificações nos cenários mundiais desde a antiguidade provocaram e continuam provocando profundas mudanças nos processos de reestruturação financeira em praticamente todos os setores da atividade humana. Diante disso este trabalho objetivou estudar a importância da administração financeira, sua origem , suas funções e a sua evolução a fim de melhor entender suas preciosas atribuições à economia mundial. O presente estudo utilizou uma abordagem qualitativa descritiva, de cunho investigatório bibliográfico, onde buscou-se conceitos importantes da área de administração financeira, e que foram de suma importância para o entendimento desta ferramenta que frente a moderna e estável política econômica que consolidou-se em meio a turbulentas crises econômicas, anos a fio de inflação galopante fazer uma nota de rodapé explicando inflação galopante, guerras civis e militares, onde a estrutura social foi abalada, e saber como que a mesma atua frente as condições político-econômicas, e visando facilitar o aprendizado dos estudantes e dos profissionais da área de administração financeira. Concluiu-se que um dos grandes desafios deste profissional é aplicar toda a teoria e conceitos da gestão eficaz à realidade do negócio, sendo um líder respeitado e admirado não pela posição, mas pelo trabalho desenvolvido e respeito à equipe e aos parceiros, realizando negócios de forma transparente, com conhecimento técnico e prático, a fim de maximizar os lucros da empresa, reduzindo o grau de risco e respeitando os valores éticos, morais e sociais onde ele está inserido.

Resumo Inglês:

Several changes in world scenarios from ancient times have caused and continue to cause profound changes in the financial restructuring process in virtually every sector of human activity. Therefore this study investigated the importance of financial management, its origin, its functions and its evolution in order to better understand their precious powers the global economy. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach imprint bibliographic investigative, where we attempted to important concepts of FM area, which were of paramount importance to the understanding of this tool that front modern and stable economic policy that was consolidated in amid turbulent economic crises, years of rampant inflation wire to a footnote explaining runaway inflation, civil wars and military, where social structure was shaken, and know how that same front serves the political and economic conditions, and to facilitate student learning and financial management professionals. It was concluded that one of the great challenges of this professional is to apply all the theory and concepts of effective management to the business reality, being a respected and admired leader not by position but by work and respect for staff and partners, doing business transparent manner, with technical and practical knowledge in order to maximize the company's profits, reducing the degree of risk and respecting the ethical, moral and social values which it is inserted.
