O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os processos de liberdades das mulheres indígenas no tribunal da Junta das Missões na Capitania do Maranhão. Sendo assim, serão analisadas as táticas cotidianas utilizadas pelas indígenas para conquistarem as suas liberdades e as de seus filhos.
The present work aims to analyze the processes of liberties of indigenous women in the court of Junta das Missões in the Captaincy of Maranhão. Thus, we will analyze the daily tactics used by the natives to conquer their freedoms and those of their children.
