A partir da fala de um aluno, o que é possível de ser problematizado? Não somente a falatítulo,
mas diferentes situações entre alunos e entre alunos e professores fazem parte deste
artigo, no intuito de discutir que modelo de escola estamos vivenciando e sua relação com a
constituição das subjetividades, sobretudo no que diz respeito à articulação disciplina e
“indisciplina”. Buscamos estabelecer um diálogo entre os conceitos foucaultianos de
transgressão, resistências e práticas de liberdade com questões relativas ao cotidiano escolar,
sobretudo problematizando as ações desviantes dos sujeitos escolares, as ditas “indisciplinas”,
que aqui serão pensadas como resistências, consequentemente, como práticas de liberdade.

From this student’s speech, many different situations which characterize the relation between
students and between students and teacher can be deeply analyzed in order to focus on the
model of current school and on its relation to the constitution of subjectivities, mainly
regarding the articulation between discipline and indiscipline. We aimed at observing the way
the foucaultian concepts of transgression, resistance and liberty are absorbed in school
routine. We are mainly interested in the way the deviation actions from the students, their
“indiscipline” are taken to be resistance and, therefore, practices of liberty.
