O ano 2020 – Ano I da Pandemia da Covid-19 – está sombreado pelo evento sanitário que tomou conta da realidade social, econômica e política em escala planetária e neste fato estamos imersos por imponderáveis. O exercício de refletir esta pandemia na história do tempo presente é produzido pelo vivido pelos vivos, que narram doença, morte, fome, desespero, impotência, mas também revoltas de indígenas, quilombolas, negros, cujas manifestações estão à viva voz nos meios digitais. São as narrativas de lutas por sobrevivência e os conflitos na sociedade brasileira marcada por desigualdades sociais que impelem a anotações e análises sobre os apectos diversos dessa história. Qual é o ponto de inflexão destas manifestações? De que forma as narrativas sublinham o campo político dos Estados de exceção, das violações e opressão que aumentaram por conta da pandemia? O ano 2020 posicionou as ciências sociais face aos seus fazeres e práticas de pesquisa. Qual é a contribuição desses conhecimentos? Neste artigo apontam-se apenas alguns dados sobre o evento no domínio privilegiado dos discursos e em espaços virtuais.

The year 2020 – the Year I of the Covid-19 (Sars-CoV-2) Pandemic – is shadowed by the health event that took over the social, economic, and political reality on a planetary scale, and, in this fact we are immersed by imponderables. The exercise of reflecting this pandemic in the history of the present time is produced by what is lived by the individuals, who narrate illness, death, hunger, despair, impotence, but also demonstrations by indigenous people, quilombolas, blacks, whose manifestations are alive through digital media. The narratives of struggles for survival and conflicts in Brazilian society marked by social inequalities that impel annotation, analysis of the diverse debates in this history. What is the tipping point of these manifestations? How do the narratives highlight the political field of states of exception, of the violations and oppression that increased due to the pandemic? The year 2020 positioned the social sciences in face of their research practices. What is the contribution of this knowledge? In this article, data about the event are pointed out in the privileged domain of the speeches and in virtual spaces.
