Neste trabalho, destacamos as contribuições intelectuais de Joseph Comblin contra a ditadura a partir da sua análise sobre a doutrina de segurança nacional em textos escritos na revista chilena Mensaje e do livro ideologia da segurança nacional publicado no final dos an 1970. O referido sacerdote foi expulso por duas ditaduras na América Latina, a brasileira em 1972 e a chilena em 1980, tendo sido a publicação do livro mencionado o estopim para sua expulsão do Chile. Ao analisarmos o contexto da ditadura, utilizamos fontes da estrutura burocrática repressora, depoimentos que o padre concedeu e as análises das quais produziu. Sendo assim, temos a oportunidade de apresentar sua perspectiva sobre a doutrina de segurança nacional, para quem, fora a principal ideologia de manutenção das ditaduras militares no cone sul.
In this work, we highlight the intellectual contributions of Joseph Comblin against the dictatorship based on his analysis of the doctrine of national security in texts written in the Chilean magazine Mensaje and the book ideology of national security published in the late 1970s. The aforementioned priest was expelled by two dictatorships in Latin America, the Brazilian one in 1972 and the Chilean one in 1980, with the publication of the aforementioned book being the trigger for his expulsion from Chile. When analyzing the context of the dictatorship, we use sources from the bureaucratic structure of repression, statements that the priest gave and the analyzes he produced. Therefore, we have the opportunity to present his perspective on the national security doctrine, for whom it was the main ideology for maintaining military dictatorships in the southern cone.
