Saberes, integração e educação no PROEJA FIC Prisional: uma experiência de sucesso em Alegrete

Este trabalho pretende dar visibilidade ao desenvolvimento das atividades, às
dificuldades e tensionamentos do Curso de Formação Inicial e Continuada em
Construção Civil Integrado ao Ensino Fundamental na Modalidade de Educação de
Jovens e Adultos, o qual iniciou em março de 2010 e terminou em dezembro de 2011.
O Curso faz parte do Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com
a Educação Básica na Modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos, na Formação
Inicial e Continuada Integrada com o Ensino Fundamental (PROEJA FIC), do Instituto
Federal Farroupilha, Câmpus Alegrete/RS, e foi especialmente projetado para atender
à demanda do Presídio Estadual de Alegrete/RS. Para a implantação do Curso, foi
estabelecida uma parceria entre três Instituições, todas de Alegrete/RS: o Instituto
Federal Farroupilha, a Universidade Federal do Pampa e a Secretaria Municipal
de Educação e Cultura. Este Curso foi todo estruturado em conjunto: gestores,
professores e alunos, sempre seguindo os ensinamentos de Paulo Freire, porquanto
algumas de suas reflexões encontram-se neste relato.

This work intends to give visibility to the activities, to the difficulties and to the moments of
tensioning of the Initial and Continuous Training Course on Integrated Civil Construction
to Elementary School in Education for Young people and Adults, which began in March
2010 and ended in December 2011. The course is part of the National Programe for
Integration of Professional and Basic Education for Young people and Adults, in the Initial
and Continuous Training Integrated with Elementary Education (PROEJA FIC) – of the
Farroupilha Federal Institute, Alegrete/RS Campus, and was specially designed to meet
the demand of the State Prison of Alegrete/RS. For the implementation of the course, a
partnership was established between the three institutions from Alegrete/RS: Farroupilha
Federal Institute, Federal University from the Pampa and the Municipal Department
of Education and Culture. The course was structured in a collaborative manner joining
managers, teachers and students, following the teachings of Paulo Freire, as some of his
reflections are introduced in this report.
