RESGATE DA FISIOTERAPIA AMBULATORIAL REALIZADA PELO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE DESDE A MUNICIPALIZAÇÃO PLENA EM PELOTAS/RS

Em Pelotas, a Fisioterapia está passando por modificações.
A inserção do curso de Fisioterapia na UCPel desde
2003, fez com que houvesse um novo desenho dessa profissão
na Região, com isso, ocorreu conseqüentemente
um somatório de profissionais, vindos para docência, agregando
a área novas idéias e conhecimentos, contribuindo
assim para o aperfeiçoamento da profissão, inclusão em
cenários antes desprovidos deste profissional, modificando
assim o caminhar da Fisioterapia. Por estes fatores o
presente estudo descreveu a trajetória da Fisioterapia
ambulatorial realizada pelo SUS no município de Pelotas/
RS, desde a municipalização da saúde. Esta pesquisa é de
natureza transversal e descritiva, onde foi analisado um
banco de dados referentes aos anos de 2002 a 2006, pertencente
à Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Pelotas/RS.
Obteve-se como resultados que, nos anos de 2002 e 2003,
havia 04 clínicas prestadoras de atendimentos fisioterápicos
pelo SUS, em 2004, este número aumentou para 07,
permanecendo até 2006. Em relação aos atendimentos
fisioterápicos, em 2002, evidenciamos 152.886; já em 2003
totalizou-se 154.841; em 2004, 147.575; em 2005, observou-
se 141.955; e no ano de 2006, verificou-se 126.357; já
dentre os procedimentos realizados pelo SUS, nas clínicas
conveniadas, o mais prevalente é o atendimento a doenças
de origem reumáticas de membros ou coluna vertebral,
totalizando 338.933 (40,5%) dos atendimentos no período
equivalente aos anos de 2002 a 2006. Diante do exposto,
percebe-se a necessidade de continuação da realização de
mais estudos, que possam demonstrar a realidade da Fisioterapia
nos Municípios, Estados e no Brasil.

In Pelotas, Physiotherapy is undergoing modifications. The
insertion of this course in the UCPel since 2003, caused
a new design of this profession in this Region,
consequently, with this, an addition of professionals
occurred, making them come to the university, adding
new ideas and knowledge to the area, contributing for
the perfectioning of the profession, inclusion in scenarios
previously lacking this professional, thus modifying the
course of Physiotherapy in this Region. By these factors,
the present study intends to describe the history of the
outpatient Physiotherapy carried out by SUS in the city of
Pelotas/RS, since the municipalization of health. This study
is transversal and of descriptive nature, and analyzed a
database referring to the years between 2002 and 2006,
which belongs the to Health Department of Pelotas/RS.
As a result it was verified that in the years of 2002 and
2003 there were 4 clinics of physiotherapy duly authorized
by SUS (National Health System), in 2004, this number
increased to 07 clinics, remaining the same up to 2006. In
relation to the physiotherapy services, in 2002 we found
152.886; in 2003 totaling 154.841; in 2004, 147.575 were
verified; in 2005, 141.955; and in 2006, 126.357. In relation
to procedures made by SUS, in authorized clinics, the
most common ones referred to rheumatic origin illnesses
of limbs or in the spinal cord, totaling 338,933 (40.5%) of
all services in the period between the years of 2002 and
2006. In view of the above, we perceive the need to continue
carrying out more studies, which can demonstrate
the reality of the Physiotherapy in the Cities, in the States
and in Brazil.
