Nas últimas semanas, o Paraguai tem vivenciado uma profunda crise política interna devido à destituição do Presidente Fernando Lugo, com graves repercussões nas relações internacionais na América do Sul. O objetivo do presente trabalho é fazer uma análise prospectiva dos impactos da atual conjuntura política paraguaia sobre as relações brasileiro-paraguaias. Para tanto, faz-se necessária uma análise sucinta das causas da destituição de Lugo e das suas repercussões internacionais.

In recent weeks, Paraguay has experienced a profound internal political crisis due to the destitution of President Fernando Lugo, with serious repercussions on the international relations in South America. The object of this study is to do a prospective analysis of the impacts of the current political situation in Paraguay on the Brazilian-Paraguayan relations. Therefore, it is necessary to do a brief analysis of the causes of the dismissal of Lugo and its international repercussions.
