O presente artigo é produto de projeto de pesquisa feito durante a disciplina Pesquisa de Histórica II, como critério de avaliação, junto ao curso de licenciatura em História na Universidade Federal do Acre, oferecido no Campus Floresta situado em Cruzeiro do Sul, dentro do Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica (PARFOR). A proposta era criar um perfil dos cursistas a partir das dificuldades enfrentadas, relatando suas experiências e vivências. Aqui se apresenta um olhar sobre aqueles que no início da graduação em 2016 estavam atuando na educação e ao término em 2020 não estavam mais. O objetivo foi contar a trajetória dos cursistas deste grupo que trabalharam na rede pública de ensino e fizeram migração para outras funções. A metodologia de trabalho reuniu o uso de questionário e entrevistas, usando como referencial as obras de José D’Assunção Barros (2008); Aguiar e Medeiros (2015), Pertile e Agostini (2015).

This article is the product of a research project carried out during the History Research II course, as an evaluation criterion, along with the History degree course at the Federal University of Acre, offered at Campus Floresta located in Cruzeiro do Sul, with in the National Plan of Basic Education Teacher Training (PARFOR). The proposal was to create a profile of the course participants based on the difficulties faced, reporting their experiences. Here is a look at those who at the beginning of graduation in 2016 were working in education and at the end in 2020 were no longer working. The objective was to tell the trajectory of the students in this group who worked in the public school system and migrated to other functions. The work methodology brought together the use of questionnaires and interviews, using as a reference the works of José D’Assunção Barros (2008); Aguiar and Medeiros (2015), Pertile and Agostini (2015).
