Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar a percepção de profissionais de saúde sobre a oferta de serviços e atendimento de uma unidade de reabilitação para crianças com síndrome congênita do Zika Vírus em Vitoria de Santo Antão Pernambuco, além de identificar as dificuldades no funcionamento da unidade, perceber os impactos da epidemia da síndrome congênita do Zika vírus e descrever a participação e envolvimento familiar no atendimento e cuidado com as crianças, tudo segundo a percepção dos profissionais da instituição que estão envolvidas no serviço e atendimento da reabilitação infantil. A pesquisa utilizou uma abordagem exploratória descritiva com base em metodologia qualitativa que foi desenvolvida a partir de doze visitas e observações em um serviço de reabilitação e cinco entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com profissionais de saúde que objetivaram levantar informações sobre infraestrutura, acessibilidade, número de profissionais envolvidos no atendimento e serviços oferecidos. As entrevistas tiveram ênfase na percepção dos profissionais de saúde sobre a oferta e a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos. O serviço de reabilitação mostrou ser satisfatório, mostrando como dificuldade a questão socioeconômica dos responsáveis, impactos na estruturação inicial do serviço e positivo comprometimento e envolvimento familiar no cuidado infantil. Conclui-se que a assistência profissional interiorizada vem contribuindo para a participação familiar no processo de reabilitação infantil e que as maiores dificuldades levantadas são a questão socioeconômica, o preconceito social e convívio social.

This study aims to analyze the perception of health professionals about a service offer and attendment of a rehabilitation unit for children with congenital syndrome of Zika Virus in Vitória de Santo Antão Pernambuco, besides identifying the difficulties in the operation of the unit, to perceive the impacts of the congenital Zika virus and to describe the participation and family involvement in the attendiment and caring with the children, all according the perception of the institution's professionals who are involved in the service and care of children's rehabilitation. The research used a exploratory approach based on the qualitative methodology that was developed from twelve visits and observations in a rehabilitation service and five semi-structured interviews with health professionals that aimed to gather information on infrastructure, accessibility, number of participants involved in the attendiment and services offered. The interviews had emphasis on the perception of health professionals about the offer and quality of services offered. The rehabilitation service proved to be satisfactory, showing how difficult the socioeconomic issue of the products, impacts on the initial structuring of the service and positive commitment and family involvement without child care. It is concluded that the internalized professional assistance has contributed to the family participation in the process of child rehabilitation and the greatest difficulties raised are the socioeconomic issue, social prejudice and social interaction.
