O objetivo geral deste trabalho é verificar os impactos das variações dos preços dos produtos agrícolas e seus insumos na cultura da soja e do milho. O agronegócio está ligado a diversas áreas de pesquisa; neste caso, a contabilidade rural e custos. Suas principais características são: oferecer controle agrícola, decisões sobre tecnologia, produção e comercialização, ter gerenciamento de custos e vendas. Existem diversos fatores que influenciam os preços. Dessa forma, é preciso administrar as variáveis que interferem nas cotações e tornar-se competitivo com alcance dos menores custos de produção. Alguns produtos agrícolas são negociados em bolsas de valores; a maioria é vendida como commodity. A estatística é essencial para calcular os custos e despesas, mostrando resultados mais abrangentes, ou seja, um conjunto de valores e a interferência de cada um deles. Para este estudo, utilizou-se a soja e milho da safra verão, pela similaridade no processo de produção, e ambas constituem culturas alternativas. Nas safras de 2014/2015, 2015/2016 e 2016/2017, os resultados demonstram os lucros máximo, médio e mínimo. Com o estudo, foi possível concluir que é mais vantajoso cultivar soja, situação encontrada em dois períodos. O preço de milho e soja tem correlação forte entre si e média em relação ao dólar e euro. Os resultados apresentam grande divergência entre o resultado máximo e mínimo, sendo um dos riscos da atividade rural.

The aim of this study is to verify the impacts of price variations of agricultural products and the input on soybean and corn. Agribusiness is linked to several research areas, in this case the rural accounting and costs. Its main features are offering agricultural control, decisions about technology, production and marketing decisions, cost management and sales. There are several factors that influence prices, so it is necessary to manage the variables that interfere in the quotations and become competitive with the reach of lower production costs. Some agricultural products are traded on stock exchanges, most are sold as commodities. Statistics are essential to calculate costs and expenses, showing more comprehensive results, in other words a set of values and the interference of each of them. For this study, soybean and corn from the summer harvest were used, due to their similarity in the production process, and both are alternative crops. In the 2014/2015, 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 harvests, the results show maximum, average and minimum profits. With the study it was possible to conclude that it is more advantageous to grow soybeans, a situation found in two periods, the price of corn and soybean has a strong correlation with each other, and average in relation to the dollar and euro. The results present a great divergence between the maximum and minimum results, being one of the risks of rural activity.
