O Uso da Rede Social Como Prática deInformação: um estudo no grupo ‘Mulher, me Ajuda Aqui’ do Facebook

O objetivo deste estudo é traçar o perfil das integrantes do grupo Mulher, me ajuda aqui! do Facebook e identificar as necessidades informacionais das integrantes (tipo de informação mais partilhada). Como metodologia, adota-se a pesquisa exploratória e descritiva e quanto aos procedimentos técnicos, o estudo classifica-se como bibliográfico e documental. Aplica-se também a metodologia de análise de redes sociais no grupo Mulher, me ajuda aqui! Compreende também quanto à abordagem do problema, uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa e adota-se como instrumento de coleta de dados, a técnica do questionário e utiliza-se como técnica de análise de dados, a análise de conteúdo dos assuntos mais postados no referido grupo. Como resultado, infere-se que o perfil das integrantes do grupo estudado, são, em maior número, de gênero feminino, idade entre 25 a 34 anos, residentes na cidade de Fortaleza (CE) e, que as necessidades informacionais das integrantes, em grande maioria, são relacionadas à saúde e à beleza. Como conclusão, considera-se pertinente a aplicação dos estudos das práticas informacionais, visando à interlocução entre o sujeito e a informação, inseridos em um contexto social e cultural, como exemplo, no campo empírico da rede social em questão
Resumo Inglês:
The purpose of this study is to outline the profile of the members of the Woman group, help me here! of Facebook and identifythe informational needs of the members (type of information more shared). As a methodology, the exploratory and descriptive research isadopted and as for the technical procedures, the study is classified as bibliographic and documentary. It is also applied themethodology of analysis of social networks in the group Woman, help me here! It also understands the approach to the problem, a qualitative-quantitative research and is adopted as an instrument of data collection, the technique of the questionnaire and is usedas data analysis technique, the content analysis of the subjects most posted in that group . As a result, it is inferred that the profile of the members of the group studied are, in greater number, female gender, aged between 25 and 34 years, living in the city of Fortaleza (CE) and that the informational needs of the members, in are related to health and beauty. As a conclusion, it is considered relevant to apply the studies of information practices, aiming at the interlocution between the subject and theinformation, inserted in a social and cultural context, as an example, in the empirical field of the social network in question
