O PROFISSIONAL DE SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO: UM DIÁLOGO ENTRE O MÚLTIPLO E O SINGULAR

Este trabalho, baseado nos dispositivos teóricos da análise do discurso, objetiva compreender a formação heterogênea do profissional de Secretariado Executivo em múltiplas áreas de conhecimento, para a concepção de um profissional singular. Então, este estudo deteve-se na abordagem teórica da multidisciplinaridade e interdisciplinaridade, para que, a partir desta investigação, fosse possível propor a constituição de um profissional heterogêneo, definido aqui como singular. Diante disso, analisou-se, por meio de questionários, as coerências e as incoerências no interdiscurso e nas formações discursivas dos acadêmicos do oitavo período da Unoesc, São Miguel do Oeste, bem como dos seus respectivos professores. Percebeu-se que a interdisciplinaridade vista como um método didático e não como prática constitutiva nem sempre promove a relação do uno com o múltiplo e vice-versa. Ainda, detectou-se que os acadêmicos se encontram mais preocupados com a prática do que com a teoria, o que os deixa perdidos no conhecimento técnico e científico. Contudo, o que se propõe é uma reflexão quanto à necessidade do movimento contínuo do sujeito em sua identidade-rizoma.

This work, based on the theoretical devices of the discourse analysis, aims to understand the formation of heterogeneous Executive Secretarial professional in multiple areas of knowledge, for a singular professional’s conception. So this study was focused on the theoretical approach of multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinarity, so that, starting from this investigation, it would be possible to propose the constitution of a heterogeneous professional, defined here as singular. Therefore, it was analyzed, through questionnaire, the coherences and the incoherences in the interdiscourse and in the discursive formations of the eighth academic period from Unoesc, São Miguel do Oeste, as well the respective teachers. The study allowed to identify that with the interdisciplinary seen as a teaching method and not as practice inherent to the character, it is not always possible to the relation of the one with the multiple and vice versa. Also, it was detected that the students are more concerned with the practice than with the theory, what make them lost in the technical and/or scientific knowledge. However, what is proposed is a reflection concerning the need of the character’s continuous movement in his/her rhizome-identity.
