O laicato Feminino: uma leitura teológico-pastoral a partir da carta apostólica Mulieris Dignitatem

Com o advento do Ano do Laicato no Brasil, a Igreja é chamada a
valorizar esta que é a maior parcela dos cristãos católicos. O Concílio Vaticano
II menciona diversas vezes, em documentos variados acerca da dignidade
vocacional dos leigos, sobre sua identidade, acenando igualmente para seu
apostolado ad intra e ad extra da própria Igreja. É alvitrado que os leigos e leigas
se sintam e sejam efetivamente sujeitos eclesiais, corresponsáveis pela missão
da Igreja. E dentro do conjunto laical, maior atenção é conferida às mulheres,
por vários motivos que justificam o reconhecimento do laicato participativo,
sobretudo do laicato feminino, que necessita ser mais valorizado, contrapondo
uma sociedade assinalada pelo patriarcalismo exacerbado. Para tal, a partir da
Carta Apostólica Mulieris Dignitatem do Papa João Paulo II, intenta-se mostrar
as razões teológicas, bíblicas e pastorais pertinentes à devida deferência para
com o laicato feminino.

With the advent of the Year of the Laity in Brazil, the Church is called
to value this which is the largest portion of Catholic Christians. The Second
Vatican Council mentions various times in various documents about the vocational
dignity of the laity, their identity, and also their apostolate to the internal
and external of the Church itself. It is desired that the lay and lay people feel
and be effectively ecclesial subjects, responsible for the mission of the Church.
And within the lay group, more attention is paid to women, for several reasons
that justify the recognition of the participatory laity, especially of the female laity,
which needs to be more valued, counterpoising a society marked by exacerbated
patriarchalism. To this end, from the Apostolic Letter Mulieris Dignitatem, by Pope
John Paul II, an attempt is made to show the theological, biblical and pastoral
reasons pertinent to the proper deference to the female laity.
