O artigo se propõe a analisar a figura do juiz de garantias no processo penal chileno, estabelecendo alguns pontos de contato em relação ao juiz de garantias no Brasil, da forma como positivado na regra do art. 3º-A a 3º-F, do Código de Processo Penal, com a redação da Lei 13.964/2019, o denominado pacote anticrime.
