O “BRINQUEDO DIVINO”: A ILUSÃO EM WINNICOTT

O estudo examina o conceito de ilusão, em Winnicott, focalizando em especial a ilusão de onipotência
que caracteriza o estágio de dependência absoluta de um bebê que recebe cuidados suficientemente bons. Tenta-se mostrar que, longe de ter o sentido de erro, engano ou desfiguramento da realidade — tal como em toda a tradição ocidental, incluída ai a psicanálise freudiana que a toma sob o signo do infantilismo —, essa experiência de ilusão é um elemento positivo, essencial na constituição do indivíduo, e que nela se enraízam tanto a capacidade de “acreditar em....” como a de estabelecer relações significativas com a realidade externa.

Resumo Inglês:

The study examines the concept of Illusion developed by Winnicott highlighting especially the illusion
of omnipotence, which characterises the stage of absolute dependency of a baby receiving sufficiently good devotion. We try to show that — even not having a sense of failure, deception or contortion of reality as can be found in every occidental tradition including the Freudian psycho-analysis,
which classifies it under the signal of childishness — this experience of illusion is a positive element within the development of the individual and that there the whole capacity of “believe in ...” is rooted, as well as the capacity of establishing significant relationships with the external reality.
