A pesquisa teve o objetivo de conhecer as motivações que justificam o crescente interesse dos estudantes pelos programas de formação internacional. A investigação se concentrou em estudantes e egressos do curso de Administração, oferecidos no Brasil, participantes de programas de intercâmbio. O grupo é predominantemente formado por jovens, de ambos os sexos, que participaram de programas de intercâmbio durante a graduação. Estão vinculados a instituições paulistanas, respeitadas na área de Administração. Apesar de efetivados em sólidas empresas nacionais e multinacionais e ter renda própria, residem com os pais e estes assumem papel preponderante nas decisões relativas ao planejamento do programa.
Resumo Inglês:
The research aimed to understand the motivations that justify the growing interest of students for international programs. The research focused on students and graduates of the Business Administration course, offered in Brazil, participants of exchange programs. The group is predominantly composed of young men and women who participated in exchange programs during graduation. They are linked to institutions in São Paulo, respected in the Business Administration area. Although effective in strong national and multinational companies and with their own income, they reside with their parents who take leading role in decisions regarding the planning of the exchange program.
