Science teaching, in the early years, is very much related to theoretical concepts, leaving aside a little bit of the construction of investigative knowledge and case knowledge. This pattern is followed in the early years of elementary school I and ends up reaching the end of elementary school II with an excessive load of students destined to memorize situations and making it impossible for them to make their own questions, hypotheses and why not their visionary adaptations. Arriving at this stage of elementary education II, teachers are faced with a major obstacle, which is the teaching of introductory science in physical chemistry. How to start teaching learning to students with theoretical routines with basic content with loose information about what is subject? What is it for? What are chemical elements, what is their use in man's life? And why did the elements have to be organized? Behold, a problem arises in the introductory teaching of the periodic table. A content with difficult reading, rich in technical terms with an introductory history in the previous steps without any basis. In view of the problem, the didactic strategy used aims at the investigative and dynamic way for the construction of new knowledge that surround the subject; with a methodology focused on inspiration and curiosity for the construction of answers found by the students themselves. Ending the search for the historical and theoretical development of the secrets of the periodic table, showing the results obtained concluded with the knowledge of the complete table with all the elements and their divisions. Through the use of resources that favor teaching by research, thus providing a methodology that aims at the autonomy and participation of students in an integral way, contributing with numerous benefits for teaching practice and, at the same time, providing opportunities for improvements in the educational process.
