O texto visa refletir o pensamento kelseniano com a pretensão de uma revisão
bibliográfica. Ainda com este intuito, a exposição realizada no desenvolvimento
está calcada mais na visão/interpretação kelseniana por outros autores do que
especificamente nos próprios textos do autor, salvo alguns tópicos. Assim buscase apresentar o mundo-positivista com as concepções jurÃdicas de Kelsen, ou
seja, a análise desse positivismo está atrelada à s ideias do austrÃaco em relação
aos institutos jurÃdicos abordado no texto.
The text aims to reflect the thinking Kelsenian with the pretense of a literature
review. Even with this view, the exhibition held in development is based more
