Gerência de Projetos é utilizada de forma constante pelas organizações para planejar, executar e monitorar os seus projetos. Várias metodologias podem ser utilizadas para garantir o sucesso de um projeto e as principais restrições (escopo, tempo, custo e qualidade) de projetos devem ser acompanhadas. Este artigo aborda a elaboração e implantação da gerência em duas das suas principais restrições, gerência de escopo e gerência de tempo. São elaborados os planejamentos de escopo e tempo no projeto do Sistema de Educação e Trabalho (SIET), cujo objetivo principal é promover a integração entre instituição, alunos/egressos e mercado de trabalho.

Management of Projects is used of constant form for the organizations to plan, to execute and to
monitor its projects. Some methodologies can be used to guarantee the success of a project and the
main restrictions (target, time, cost and quality) of projects must be folloied. This article approaches
the elaboration and implantation of the management in two of its main restrictions, management of
target and management of time. The planning of target and time in the project of the System of
Education and Work (SIET) are elaborated, whose main objective is to promote the integration
between institution, pupils/egresses and market of work.
