‘Giving vegetal histology classes’ presents a form of approaching the contents of the vegetal
tissues study, which starts with a practical activity, and once observations have been concluded,
progresses to theorization and student knowledge building. What initially takes place is an approach
on the importance of practice, how and when it should be developed, and then, followed by course
lines for the lessons and theorization of the study of each vegetal tissue. The utilized course lines are
presented in their entirety to provide the reader with the chance to utilize them in botany classes,
adapting them to the learning level to which they are applied.
