A pesquisa contemplaosatributos patrimoniais de Itatiaia, Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais.Considerando que cada sítio possuiparticularidades que o caracterizamno tempo e no espaço,parte-se do pressuposto de que é crucial levantar e compreender os bens patrimoniais de forma contextualizada para fomentar a sua valorização. A partir de averiguaçõesin loco, de análise documental e bibliográficaede entrevistas, o objetivoé evidenciaros principais referenciais desse vilarejo estabelecido em fins do século XVII para fornecer subsídios à população local nas necessárias (e urgentes) reivindicações ao Estado para fins de levantamentoesalvaguarda. A perspectiva,nesta etapa inicial,é abordar as dimensões cultural, histórica e arquitetônica do valor patrimonial de forma objetiva e subjetiva. Os resultadospreliminaresapontam que na memóriade habitantes locais há um expressivovalor patrimonial, envolvendo tanto os bensque não resistiram à passagem do tempo, quanto os que permanecem.

The research includes the heritage attributes of Itatiaia, Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais. Considering that each site has particularities that characterize it in time and space, it is assumed that it is essential to survey and understand the heritage assets in a contextualized way to promote their appreciation. Based on in locoinvestigations, documental and bibliographic analysis and interviews, the objective is to highlight the main references of this village establishedat the end of the 17th century. Another of the objectives is to provide supports to the local population inthe necessary (and urgent) claims to the State for the purpose of assessment and safeguard. The perspective, in this initial stage, is to approach the cultural, historical and architectural dimensions of heritage value in an objective and subjective way. Preliminary results indicate that in the memory of local inhabitants, there is an expressive heritage value, involving both assets that have not withstood the passage of time, as well as those that remain.

La investigación contempla los atributos patrimoniales de Itatiaia, OuroBranco, Minas Gerais. Visto que cada sitio tiene particularidades que lo caracterizan en tiempo y espacio, se asume que es fundamental relevar y comprender los bienes patrimoniales de forma contextualizada para promover su valorización. A partir de investigaciones in loco, análisis documental y bibliográfico y entrevistas, el objetivo es destacar los principales hitos de referenciade esta villa establecida a fines del siglo XVII para proporcionarsubsidios a la población local en las necesarias (y urgentes) reivindicaciones al Estado con la finalidadde reconocimiento y salvaguardia. La perspectiva, en esta etapa inicial, es abordar las dimensiones cultural, histórica y arquitectónica del valor patrimonial de manera objetiva y subjetiva. Los resultados preliminares indican que en la memoria de los habitantes locales, existe un valor patrimonial expresivo, que involucra tanto los bienes que no han resistido el paso del tiempo, como los que permanecen.
