A educação como sedimentadora da função social e solidária da empresa – uma análise de seu cumprimento pela UBER. Inúmeras são as críticas aviadas à forma de exploração da atividade de transporte particular de passageiros praticada pela Uber. O objetivo é desvendar a importação da educação na formação de um sentimento geral de solidariedade, bem como identificar de que forma a exploração das atividades pela Uber cumpre com a função social e solidária que as empresas estão obrigadas a observarem. O método utilizado para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi o dedutivo, a partir da análise nas normas constitucionais, bem como das práticas levadas a efeitos pela Uber. A relevância do trabalho reside na necessidade de apontar eventual ganho social que a Uber oferece, identificando o papel da educação neste processo.

Education as a settler of the social and solidarity function of the company - an analysis of its compliance by the UBER. There are a number of criticisms of Uber's private passenger transport business. The objective is to unveil the importation of education in the formation of a general feeling of solidarity, as well as to identify how the exploitation of the activities by Uber fulfills the social and solidarity function that the companies are obliged to observe. The method used for the development of this work was the deductive, based on the analysis of the constitutional norms, as well as of the practices carried out by Uber. The relevance of the work lies in the need to point out eventual social gain that Uber offers, identifying the role of education in this process.
