Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os artigos científicos mais relevantes e seus parâmetros sobre o tema Capital Intelectual, Capacidade Absortiva e Inovação. Para realizar a pesquisa, utilizou-se um processo construtivista, denominado Knowledge Development Process – Constructivist (ProKnow-C). Por meio deste, foram selecionados 20 artigos que compuseram o Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) desta pesquisa. Assim, o estudo foi capaz de identificar: a) o grau de relevância dos artigos do Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB); b) os autores mais relevantes no PB e nas Referências Bibliográficas (RB); c) a frequência dos periódicos no PB; d) o fator de impacto dos periódicos; e e) as palavras-chave mais frequentes.
This article aims to identify the most relevant scientific articles and their parameters on the related theme: Intellectual Capital, Absorptive Capacity and Innovation. In order to carry out the research, a constructivist process called Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) was used. Through this, 20 articles were selected that composed the Bibliographic Portfolio (PB) of this research. Thus, the study was able to identify the following main items: a) the degree of relevance of the articles in the Bibliographic Portfolio (PB); b) the most relevant authors in PB and Bibliographical References (RB); c) the frequency of the periodicals in PB; d) the periodic impact factor; and e) the most frequent keywords.
