O presente trabalho pretende abordar a capacidade postulatória do indivÃduo em âmbito internacional de proteção e defesa dos direitos humanos. Tendo em vista o pioneirismo dos sistemas europeu e americano de direitos humanos, o trabalho também faz um paralelo entre esses dois sistemas.
This paper deals with the postulatória capacity of the individual at the international level of protection and defense of human rights. Because of the pioneering of European and American human rights systems, work makes a distinction between these two systems.
