Esta pesquisa investigou as relações entre bem-estar no trabalho e as polÃticas de gestão de pessoas (GP) em uma entidade sem fins lucrativos no estado do Paraná-Brasil. Os dados foram submetidos a análises descritivas e de Correlações, onde se verificou que o bem-estar no trabalho é moderado, e também que os fatores de polÃticas de GP possuem uma percepção que varia de moderada a alta, e o fator condições de trabalho foi o que apresentou os escores mais elevados. Em relação à s correlações, houve associações moderadas entre os fatores do constructo de bem-estar no trabalho e fortes correlações entre os fatores relacionados à s polÃticas de GP. Contudo, a única correlação entre polÃticas de GP e bem-estar no trabalho foi observada entre os fatores afeto negativo e condição de trabalho.
Resumo Inglês:
This research investigated the relations between well-being at work and people management policies in a non-profit organization in the state of Parana - Brazil. The data were undergone to analysis by descriptive and correlation form, where it was verified that the well-being at work is moderate, and also was found that the factors of people management policies have a perception that ranges from moderate to high, and the labor conditions factor showed the higher scores. Regarding to the correlations, there were moderate associations between factors of the construct of well-being at work, and strong correlations between factors related to people management policies. However, the only correlation observed between people management policies and well-being at work was between negative affection and working condition.
