O presente artigo apresenta a aplicação das ferramentas de qualidade na Empresa X, para diminuição dos refugos do processo produtivo. Com a proposta de identificar os problemas utilizando indicadores de desempenho para a gestão da qualidade, evidenciando as vantagens e oportunidades que a existência de um sistema de medição de desempenho pode trazer à organização e, consequentemente, minimizar os problemas de ineficiência das peças fabricadas nos processos produtivos, verificar a influência dessas causas, e então propor o plano de ação para obtenção de uma melhor análise dos indicadores na gestão organizacional. Com base nos levantamentos abordados através de dados quantitativos, o presente artigo tem por objetivo utilizar a aplicação de ferramentas da qualidade: método PDCA e o diagrama de Ishikawa, MASP, estratificação, folha de verificação e os cinco porquês, com a finalidade de uma melhor avaliação e controle de seus processos e também auxiliando para tomadas de decisões com melhor precisão, reduzindo o percentual de retrabalho e ineficiência das linhas produtivas. Desta forma, o objetivo deste trabalho é reduzir o percentual de peças retornadas de setup no processo de produção gerando lucro financeiro.

This article presents the application of quality tools at Company X, to reduce the waste from the production process. With the proposal to identify the problems using performance indicators for quality management, highlighting the advantages and opportunities that the existence of a performance measurement system can bring to the organization and, consequently, minimize the problems of inefficiency of the parts manufactured in the processes productive, verify the influence of these causes, and then propose the action plan to obtain a better analysis of the indicators in the organizational management. Based on the surveys covered by quantitative data, this article aims to use the application of quality tools: PDCA method and the Ishikawa diagram, MASP, stratification, verification sheet and the five whys, with the purpose of better evaluation and control of its processes and also helping to make decisions with better precision, reducing the percentage of rework and inefficiency of the production lines. Thus, the objective of this work is to reduce the percentage of parts returned from setup in the production process, generating financial profit.
