Este artigo se propõe investigar a Divulgação Científica das Plantas Alimentícias não Convencionais nas feiras da Cidade de Manaus – AM. Para isso ele traz a Análise de Conteúdo enquanto metodologia analítica. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados analisados foram as entrevistas, questionários, observação direta e diários de campo. As categorias obtidas foram analisadas através da técnica Type Token Ratio, que consistiu em analisar os dados obtidos e assim quantificar a riqueza vocabular coletada dos participantes da pesquisa. Diante da presente análise, os resultados obtidos se mostraram consistentes dentro do que está sendo teorizado e evidenciado nos referenciais. Assim, a indicação do uso da Análise de Conteúdo se mostrou válida, uma vez que ela pode ser utilizada em pesquisas similares de ordem qualitativa, quantitativa, analítica textual e também como base para responder às situações contemporâneas do universo humano, cujos limites e profundidade sejam desconhecidos.

This article aims to investigate the Scientific Dissemination of Unconventional Food Plants (PANC) in the fairs of Manaus - AM. For this he brings Content Analysis as an analytical methodology, which is nothing more than a set of methodological instruments that aims to interpret and obtain, in the light of the data analyzed, indicators that allow inferring knowledge from the production or reception of messages. The data collection instruments analyzed were interviews, questionnaires, direct observation and field diaries. The categories obtained were analyzed using the Type Token Ratio technique, which consisted of analyzing the data obtained, line by line and word by word thoroughly, and thus quantifying the vocabulary richness collected from the research participants. Given the present analysis, the results obtained were consistent within what is being theorized and evidenced in the references. The Content Analysis revealed that the PANC Scientific Dissemination in Manaus is still incipient where activities such as fairs, exhibitions, books, guides on endemic species in the region would be ideal situations that would demonstrate in an accessible way the potential that the PANC presents.
