As ADIs 346 e 4.776 visaram à declaração de inconstitucionalidade do artigo 151 da Constituição do Estado de São Paulo, quanto à composição orgânica do Tribunal de Contas do Município de São Paulo, com cinco conselheiros e a vinculação de suas garantias, com destaque aos vencimentos equiparados aos Conselheiros do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de São Paulo.
Resumo Inglês:
ADI 346 and 4,776 aimed at the declaration of unconstitutionality against the article 151 of the Constitution of the State of São Paulo, regarding the organic composition of the Court of Accounts of the Municipality of São Paulo, in five councilors and the binding of their guarantees, with emphasis on matched salaries to the Counselors of the Court of Accounts of the State of São Paulo.
