O presente artigo busca retratar a ação das práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas na Escola Municipal Professora Maria de Jesus, a fim de pensar uma ação reflexiva e inovadora numa escola pública. Desta maneira, a pesquisa foi realizada em turmas do 3º e 4º ano do Ensino Fundamental I, com a intenção de investigar na ação pedagógica realizada na escola se houve modificações, entre um antes e depois, após a realização das novas práxis pedagógicas que estão sendo utilizadas pelas professoras das respectivas turmas. Ademais, visualizar a interação com as professoras, na forma de investigação-ação, para: a) refletir sobre os procedimentos teórico-metodológicos para desenvolvimento da prática reflexiva sobre o processo de inovação da pratica pedagógica; b) intervenção na construção de situações didáticas que possibilitassem a aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de ações reflexivas no processo de aprendizagem. Esse olhar foi permeado pelas concepções de FREIRE (1998), SOUZA (2000) e MORIN (2011). Dessa maneira, foi perceptível as mudançasdo comportamento de aprendizagem dos alunos mediantes os novos estímulos oferecidos.

This article seeks to portray the action of pedagogical practices developed in the Municipal School Professora Maria de Jesus, in order to think of a reflective and innovative action in a public school. In this way, the research was carried out in classes from the 3rd and 4th year of Elementary School I, with the intention of investigating in the pedagogical action carried out at the school if there were changes, between a before and after, after the realization of the new pedagogical praxis that are being used by the teachers of the respective classes. Furthermore, to visualize the interaction with the teachers, in the form of action-research, to: a) reflect on the theoreticalmethodological procedures for the development of reflective practice on the process of innovation in pedagogical practice; b) intervention in the construction of teaching situations that enable learning and development of reflective actions in the learning process. This look was permeated by the conceptions of FREIRE (1998), SOUZA (2000) and MORIN (2011). Thus, changes in the students' learning behavior through the new stimuli offered were noticeable.
