O presente artigo trata da identificação dos gargalos encontrados em uma secretaria acadêmica de uma unidade de ensino em uma universidade pública federal, na qual se busca na gestão do conhecimento, a ferramenta de controle capaz de resolver os problemas que são rotineiros no cotidiano do departamento, neste caso, encontramos os problemas e utilizamos como solução uma ferramenta simples, mas eficaz que é o uso do requerimento, para fins de controle gerencial e na gestão do conhecimento na tomada de decisão.

The present article deals with the identification of the bottlenecks found in an academic secretariat of a teaching unit in a federal public university, in which knowledge management is sought, the control tool capable of solving the problems that are routine in the daily life of the department, In this case, we find the problems and use as solution a simple but efficient tool that is the use of the request, for purposes of managerial control and knowledge management in decision making.
