O presente artigo discute a relação dos sistemas culturais e sociais dentro do romance de Alexandra Lopes da Cunha, Demorei a gostar da Elis. A narrativapossui características de um polissistema capaz de abarcar dentro de si outros campos/sistemas que estão a todo momento sendo questionados e postos em xeque pelas personagens e pelo narrador. De cunho analítico bibliográfico, este trabalho, na primeira parte, como exemplo de aproximação entre as duas teorias, considera a relação dentro do sistema de poder que leva a canonizar ou não uma obra, a partir das considerações teóricas de Itamar Even-Zohar e comparadas às de Pierre Bourdieu, aquele evidenciando a relação entre os sistemas semióticos e este as disputas internas e externas dos campos de produção. A partir disso, na segunda parte, aprofundando a teoria de Zohar, é construída a análise dos sistemas que são apresentados dentro da narrativa, quais sejam: o da família, o histórico, o semiótico e o cultural.

This paper discusses the relationship between cultural and social systems within Alexandra Lopes da Cunha's novel, Demorei a gostei da Elis. The narrative has characteristics of a polysystem capable of embracing within itself other fields/systems that are constantly being questioned and put in check by the characters and the narrator. This work, of bibliographical analytical nature, in the first part, as an example of the approximation between the two theories, considers the relationship within the power system that leads to the canonization or not of a work, based on the theoretical considerations of Itamar Even-Zohar and compared to those of Pierre Bourdieu, the former evidencing the relationship between the semiotic systems and the latter the internal and external disputes of the fields of production. From this, in the second part, deepening Zohar's theory, an analysis of the systems that are presented in the narrative is built, namely: the family, the historical, the semiotic and the cultural.
